Sales Processing
StoreKeep Sales is intuitive and easy to use. Our touch-screen point-of-sale solution makes life easier for staff and customers alike. The Storekeep Point of Sale Screen has been designed to allow easy intuitive access to all functions. It is suitable for touch screen, keyboard or mouse manipulation.
It requires minimum training as all functions are visible and clearly labelled on-screen. Products can be entered by scanning a barcode, entering the product code or by searching for the product name, description or by supplier.
User access to any or all features may be restricted if required, with mandatory supervisor clearance available via password where a restriction is to be overridden.
All transactions are logged with the date, time and user id, providing a full audit trail.
The Savings Clubs & Deposits module may be used to record items put on deposit or to record payments for savings clubs such as Christmas clubs. There are no limits on the number of accounts that a customer can have. A complete account history is available at a key stroke. It features a multi-savings account facility for your customers, customers can now put items away for birthdays and Christmas concurrently on separate accounts.
Order Processing
StoreKeep has a comprehensive Purchase Order facility which can search the product database and automatically prepare orders per supplier based on the re-order levels. The user is given the option to review each product before completing the order.
Alternatively, the user can prepare orders manually or select an option to be prompted with all products for a particular supplier, allowing easy selection of products to purchase.
When goods are received they can be matched to individual orders, or when a delivery arrives with items from several different orders StoreKeep allows you combine orders or parts of orders into one Goods Received Note. You can also combine several Goods Received Notes into one order when an order is fulfilled over several deliveries.
Where goods are received without having had a purchase order raised, StoreKeep will automatically generate the order as the delivery is processed. The StoreKeep Orders module also includes Supplier Discount Processing and a wide variety of detailed reports. The system may be configured to allow received goods to be either centrally maintained or entered at branch level. Additionally, we can link to your suppliers for both on-line ordering and price updates.
Inventory Management
StoreKeep has a comprehensive Inventory Management suite incorporating real-time integration with sales, purchasing and stock transfers. It is easy to use and allows full traceability of stock.
Products can be setup very quickly and easily. Pricing options, special offers, supplier and category allocation, vat rates and multi-currency settings may all be selected as you swiftly move through the input screen.
Other features incorporated here include product transaction history, what-if analysis on profit levels, barcode assignment, one-step product duplication, inter-branch stock transfer and inventory adjustments.
It is also possible to receive goods into stock at the touch of a button.
Stock control is an integral part of the system, keeping track of all stock movements through your business. At the touch of a button you will know how much stock you have, how much is on order, where your stock is, and what its current value is.
When it comes to doing a stock-take, StoreKeep will make the process as painless as possible and give you before and after detailed reports.

StoreKeep Control
The StoreKeep Control Module allows the client to customise StoreKeep for specific requirements. It provides for system, branch, till and user level configuration. This allows functionality such as adding notes to appear on the bottom of each receipt, defining the functions allowed for each user or to create a different user environment at tills in different departments.
Multi-Branch Capabilities
StoreKeeps multi-branch capabilities include stock checks and look-ups allowing each store to see what’s available throughout all branches and warehouses, inter-branch stock transfers which require user verification of receipt at destination allowing full traceability so that no stock can be lost between stores, central database control, data synchronisation from multiple stores and multi-store management reporting.
Integrations
StoreKeep can be integrated with your accounts package, allowing you to export details of all your transactions quickly and easily. Your accountant will have everything they need without you having to spend time gathering reports.
StoreKeep can also be integrated with Shopify online stores. This allows all products set up in StoreKeep to be automatically updated on your website, and all your website sales will be imported to StoreKeep as soon as you fulfil them.
We also have the facility to integrate with CCTV systems so that you can track system transactions in tandem with the activity being recorded in the shop.
